Finally, my latest effort has been released. I think that with this album I’ve fulfilled one of my dreams. The CD is available on Bandcamp and on all major digital platforms (for those who wish to get it). It will be pressed only in a limited run of 100 copies for those who would like to own the extraordinary artwork by Claudia Scavone (the cover you see is only the digital front).
I managed to arrange all these pieces exactly as I wanted and, I can hardly believe it, we recorded these complex scores in a single day! All of this was possible thanks to the extraordinary musicians who accompanied me.
To recycle as praxis the inherent material of the songs associated with the cartoons of our adolescence. The Eighties. Stirring, seasoning, mixing, granulating, crushing, disintegrating, whipping, fading, making broth out of that sonic immanence. "Making minestrone", pap, glop to be eaten by the Little Puer, to feed the critic, the user who has removed the semantic universe of his (real) cultural upbringing. So in the end Lupin, Lycia, Candy trespass into the indecipherability of the archetype, in the disintegration of the earthly sonic body, becoming pure essence of singing, ductile material to be amalgamated in the improvisational game.
